As a team it is expected of you that you brew 20 liters of specialty beer. This beer will be rated by a proffesional jury on the day of the fermentation festival (23rd of May 2025).
On the day of the festival, friday the 23rd of May, there is a spot reserved for you in a stand. We expect you to be there from 16:00 till the end of the festival (20:00) or untill all of your beer has been handed out. In this time we expect you to manage your own stand and offcourse enjoy the festival itself.
If you want to know more about how to brew you own beer the committee organises a brewing course. This will take place on the 20th of January. Further communications surrounding this event will follow.
